Origin:
  T'nemele of the planet Xondor was exposed to the mysterious Azure Energy in his youth and developed powerful psychic abilities as a result. Although he was quite proficient with these powers, he knew his goal of conquering his homeworld and becoming its Lorntok was naught but a dream if he had no support, and his power was not strong enough to ensnare his entire planet. Indeed, his power worked most effectively against others exposed to the Azure Energy, which were in the vast minority on his planet. As such, he set off for the stars to find another world, a small and weaker world, one that he could conquer easily and use as his army.
  Upon discovering the planet known as Earth, he set his plan into motion. He launched a group of meteorites down to the planet, infused with Azure Energy, which all landed in the world Nordic Region. The result was the superbeings Saffire, Permafrost, Terra Firma, Surge and Ms. Tral, five individuals with mastery over the elements. Once the five were discovered, T'nemele sent out a psychic signal to activate the psychically-induced triggers within their minds to take full control over the five and use them to ambush and capture their own allies to make his invasion easier.
  Once the five were discovered to be under mind control, the remaining heroes fell back to regroup before trying to save their mind controlled allies and defeat T'nemele. While the heroes regrouped, T'nemele moved onto the second phase of his plan, using his psychic powers to bombard the minds of the captive heroes and villains to bend them to his will. A few had succumbed by the time the alliance of heroes and villains and everyone in between assaulted his secret base.
  During the battle, he received a severe blow to the head, disrupting his psychic links to his victims, freeing the five elementals and allowing them the chance to combine the powers he had given them to blast him full force and causing the base to collapse, leaving him for dead.
  Unknown to the superbeings of Earth, however, T'nemele had survived the encounter and retreated back into space, but he would eventually return and this tiny blue planet would be the first to fall to the irresistible will of Lortnok T'nemele.

Powers:
  T'nemele has powerful psychic powers, capable of telepathy, telekinesis and mental manipulation. Those that have been infused with Azure Energy are much more susceptible to his mental abilities than others, but even those that haven't been exposed can still be manipulated, though resistance is still possible.
Personality:
  Evil mind controller with the desire to conquer the universe. Something of a superiority complex, which later twists into a god complex.

Been planning this guy as far back as Permafrost. Seemed like a good explanation for the meteorites. And there had to be an alien at some point.
